EFFECTIVE MEETING COMMUNICATION introduces the skills of small group discussion and the process of preparing and leading effective meetings.
In this course you will learn a step-by-step process to help clarify discussions and allow dialogue within a group. This will allow you to organize ideas and keep discussions moving in any group. Learn the:

Special consideration will be given to how to prepare an effective meeting which can achieve results and your responsibilities when you convene a meeting. The role of facilitation and leadership will also be explored.
