In this heated business environment, TEAMWORK is a key word in organization development. Being a team player is an essential leadership quality – no matter you are in the corporate, government or NGO sectors. Personal efforts are simply not enough to meet the complexity and challenges of the society. When promoting team concept, we found that some of the concepts are merely slogans, or not suitable because of cultural factors. At the same time, there are practices that are the corner stones for establishing high performance teams. This forum is aimed to help cross-industry benchmarking, to share methods that worked, to explore common issues and to realize available resources. We hope this process will help us discern innovative solutions that we can take back to our organization. Thus the next breakthrough in teamwork can be achieved.

The day’s discussions will be held in Open Space – a meeting style that invites full participation of everyone who attends. Participants will create the day’s agenda and topics for dynamic small discussion groups. Reports from each small group will be shared throughout the day and a book of proceedings will be sent by e-mail. Don’t miss this opportunity of connecting with others who care about Teamwork in the Workplace! Come and join in what our group will create together this day! Add your voice to this important topic.

We welcome all of you and feel free to invite your friends who would be interested.
