Mark J. Pixley
Mark Pixley is a facilitator of organizational transformation. He works with senior managers to design and facilitate their organization’s change processes including strategic planning, corporate and individual visioning, team building, customers service, personality styles, and organizational culture assessment. These programs are custom designed to meet the client’s situation and needs. Some recent client engagements included:

Mark Pixley is the organizer and a facilitator of the "Technology of Participation" Facilitation Training Program in Taiwan and Hong Kong.
He speaks on "Self-Structuring Organizations" and "Trends Facing Business" to various corporate and civic organizations. He regularly contributes articles on personal strategy to local magazines. He has researched large-scale participatory processes including Future Search, Open Space, Community Building, and Affirmative Inquiry.
He designed a three-day Personal Leadership Development program, which he lead more than 20 times, for Leadership Management Institute (LMI) in Taiwan, and created and presented a two-day Train-the-Trainer program for 30 personal development trainers.
He is the founder of The Facilitators’ Forums in Taipei and Hong Kong, which meet monthly to discuss issues regarding facilitation. Also, he is the Regional Coordinator, Asia for the International Association of Facilitators.
He is a Member and former President of Prestige Toastmasters. He also is a member of the Organizational Development Network (ODN) and the Association of Quality and Participation (AQP).
He holds a MBA from the Stern School of Business, New York University, with majors in Finance and International Business. He received a BA in Political Science from Claremont McKenna College. He has studied Mandarin Chinese at the National Taiwan Normal University.
